October 12th - 15th

Join Elise Dumas & Stefano Candito for a full 3 day experience in Southern Italy, in the heart of Puglia.

This region of the peninsula is extremely rich in history and gastronomic culture, yet has remained untouched by mass tourism, and therefore retains a charm seldom found in these well-travelled parts of Europe.

Puglia is well-known for its enchanting beaches to its millenary olive trees, from healthy and delicious food to welcoming people. Puglia is one of Italy's most interesting cuisine and most Italians admire Puglia's fertile territory and unspoiled traditions, which result in a large selection of foods like authentic burrata (creamy mozzarella), focaccia (bread), opulent fruits and vegetables, more olive oil than any other region in Italy and a wide range of fresh seafood.

This workshop is structured for anyone with a strong passion for 'travelling, food and local cultures’ as well as interested in photography: bloggers, stylists, photographers, or aspiring to be; creatives of all types; people who want to spend a few days amongst like-minded folks in Italy.
Beginners are most welcome. And for pros, it’s the perfect opportunity to build up or renew a portfolio.
