Elise Dumas is a French native but has lived abroad for many years (Africa, Holland, United States) before settling down in Paris. She has worked for 15 years for luxury houses as a visual merchandising expert and is also the recipe author, chef, food stylist and photographer of her blog The Pineapple Chef. Her work is often published in French food magazines and she collaborates with restaurants in Paris for culinary shoots. She also retreats with other food photographers.

Stefano Candito is an Italian native but has lived all around the world (UK, Germany, United States and China) before settling down in Paris. Well-known for his photography, his work is often published in architecture, travel and lifestyle magazines. His work is also regularly exhibited in art galleries in Paris and abroad, as well as published by the Japanese Publishing House X-Knowledge.
Stefano has also been teaching photography for 20 years He's also a co-director and author for theater plays.
